We start by thoroughly vacuuming your carpet. Then we pre-spot any stains. Next we thoroughly clean the carpet using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. This injects very hot pressurized water into the carpet and then sucks its back out with very strong suction. This leaves your carpet rinsed and clean as a whistle.

We also check to see if there are any pet odors. We have had success with certain chemicals get rid of pet odors. If we feel that it will benefit your carpet we will recommend carpet protector.
